I fully agree with jury nullification!
I find it interesting that every website I’ve found regarding the legalization of medical marijuana in Illinois, all of the people who have posted comments have been in favor of legalization except for one (out of well over 400 comments I’ve read).
Oh, wait… That’s not that interesting; it’s only sensible that most people would think it’s ridiculous to be incarcerating people for non-violent crimes, let alone denying the sick a better quality of Life!
Just for the record, and as a rather extreme example, in 30+ states it is illegal for a married, straight couple to engage in consensual sodomy. Who the fuck is the government to tell me what my wife and I can do in our bedroom? The Gov. needs to quit violating Sovereign Rights and maintain it’s focus on public health, education, road maintenance and other tasks that were originally designated to them by the Founders of this Nation, all of which were Sovereign.
But, no… Misinformation, propaganda and lies are what our government has succumbed to. If you do some research on the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, you’ll find out there is a caste system in place in this country!
Research the difference between “United States Government” and “United States of America”, as well as, “United States citizen” as opposed to “United States of America Citizen” (notice it’s the name of our country, and not a corporate government, and that “C” in citizen is capitalized).

There is a huge difference between Sovereign Rights and Civil Rights; if people understood the difference, then this country would not be in the situation that we currently find ourselves in.
Although, if we were ever to find out the Truth about how our country has become corrupt, how we have willing allowed the privatization of key aspects of our nation (ahem… Federal Reserve) and that all United States citizens have become enslaved due to economic slavery… Well, then there would be a revolution and the Gov. cannot allow that to happen. So, I’ll probably be black-bagged overnight, but hopefully someone will have got the point. 
Oh, yeah, on a final side note: Thomas Jefferson adamantly stated that in order for our Nation to remain free of corruption and bureaucracy that the Citizens must revolt every 20 years. When was the last time we had a true revolution?
