Beyond Marijuana…
The name of this blog is obviously, I Live in a Box.com, and it is named so for a reason; I am a 24 year old, single, male isolated in the middle of central Illinois (the United States’ Midwest) with no one around for a few miles. I spend too much time by myself, and even more so, too much time with my family (who are also afflicted from being isolated in the middle of nowhere). Day and night, I spend my time trying to figure out how to get myself out of this situation; essentially, being boon docked in the middle of nowhere (the closest town, with a population of “400” is more than 5 miles away).
Thankfully, the Internet has been my salvation from insanity and homicide (lol), so I have caught onto the blogging-trend. As is the rest of the world, I am trying to monetize my blogs in order to supplement my (lack of) income. Truly, I hope you, my readership, will understand and bear with me on this. Occasionally, there will be a blog post endorsing a company / website / product, but for the most part this blog will remain true to it’s purpose: Helping others to understand what “freedom” truly means, the significance of freedom for you and I, and so much more… But, yeah, we all have to pay our bills, so I hope you all understand.
Nonetheless, I am have an infuriating day… I was simply staying to myself, trying to launch a new website (Web Development Videos), and avoiding the normal “family drama”, yet they could not help but pull me into it. First, they asked me for my opinion (which I opted not to give) and then called me an alcoholic because I was not on “their side”. What the fuck is wrong with American culture? I have been to far better places where people are not nearly as self-centered, judgmental, and one-sided… So, it truly amazes me when I come back “home” and have to deal with such (immature) behavior!
God, I miss the Nation of Hawai’i! Thus far, it is the most beautiful place I have visited… Due to it’s laid back nature, beautiful weather / landscapes, open and care-free people and, simply, it’s lack of American-media influence! God, how I miss home… ::sighs::
Well, all good things in due time, aye?
Everything happens for reason… Right?
Argh… I hate being frustrated… Let alone being pissed the fuck off…
You know, it would be easier to “love thy neighbor” if thy neighbor wasn’t related to you… Haha!
**Sorry, now, I’m just trying to humor myself before things get any worse; after all, Life really isn’t worth living if it’s not any fun…
